How long will I wait for my custom wetsuit to get delivered?

Production lead time is 4 weeks from your submission of measurements. Lead time changes from time to time. 4D keeps you informed updated lead time through INFO.

Do you accept return or refund after I made a purchase?

No. Each 4D Wetsuit is custom tailored for you and we do not accept return nor refund. All custom tailored wetsuits are final sale.

How do you adjust my 4D Wetsuit if it did not fit well?

We have one year warranty to make sure your 4D Wetsuit fits well on you. Please let us know details of your concern from CONTACT FORM.

Can you repair/alter my 4D Wetsuit?

Yes, we alter or repair your 4D Wetsuit for a fee to keep it fresh and last longer. Please let us know your requirement from CONTACT FORM.

Warranty

What warranty services do you offer?

4Dimensions' warranty is one year from the shipping date and offers below services for free of charge.
- Peeled materials to be replaced or repaired.
- Frayed threads, tapes and glueing to be repaired.
- Defect occurring from wetsuit production process to be repaired.

Please note that cases below are out of warranty but pay services are available.
- Aging degradation of materials and accessories such as colors, soils or stretchiness.
- Misfits caused by incorrect measurement data submitted by customers.
- Misfits caused by change of customers' body shapes.
- Damages caused by inappropriate treatments such as sharp object contacts, sunlight drying, machine washing or strong pulls, among others.

Our repair service is for 4Dimensions Wetsuit only. We do not accept 4Dimensions Wetsuit repaired by third parties.
