Our exclusive FEVER brushed jersey built as a lining has functions of moisture absorption, exothermic, heat storage and deodorization those are implanted in fibers. Together with soft and smooth touch feeling, FEVER relieves you from harsh weather conditions.

Innovative long chest enclosure matches perfectly to thicker semi-dry FEVER jerseys to provide enough rooms around neck and arm holes for easy wearing.

Upon receiving each order, our skilled designer draws an individual custom paper pattern to ensure perfect fit and passes it onto craftsmen who tailor wetsuit just like a tailored tuxedo coat. You'll feel free and insulated more than ever.

MATERIALS AND CARE

▶ Neoprene rubber layered with a 2way stretch jersey (83% nylon, 17% polyurethane) and FEVER lining (lower body)
▶ Mesh skin rubber with FEVER lining (upper body and arm)
▶ Smooth skin rubber with a 2way stretch jersey lining (neck and forearm)
▶ HTX knee pad (85% nylon, 15% polyurethane)
▶ Rinse both inside and outside of wetsuit and zipper with fresh water after every use.
▶ Hang on a thick hanger to dry in the shade. No direct sunlight.
▶ Do not wash in machine and no tumble dry.
▶ Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.
▶ Refrain from stepping on one leg to pull the other leg up.

YKK Soflex stretch zipper and thermocompression bonded stretch tape minimize water absorption and maximize motions.

  • Latex Water Blocks

    Water leaks in through holes such as cuff, ankle and neck. 4D adpts latex water blocks on cuff and ankle to stay holes fitted and prevent water absorption. It's a simple and secure blocking system you'll like.

  • HTX Knee Pad

    Unticrack jersey HTX (hard tex) is durable to cover knees where get rubbed all the time. They look flat and the same as jerseys on body but much stronger than stretchy materials.

  • Dual Neck Water Block

    Folded neck end inward to make neck around doubled to avoid water leaking. Since the neck area is non-brushed stretchy jersey, duall neck water block maintains smoothness and non-rash ability.

  • Fever Dry Brushed Jersey

    By making the lining adheres to the skin densely packed and finely brushed, the jersey forms water membrane that contains lots of air, similar to waterfowl feathers. Fever Dry brushed jersey is treated with a special airtight brushing and water-repellent finish, greatly enhancing insulation by retaining air particles within the brushed fibers even underwater.
