Custom Fit

Why Custom Tailoring Matters?

A tailored wetsuit exists for one simple reason: fit. Not an average. Not a standard size. But a precise response to the individual body.

At 4Dimensions, tailoring begins with understanding. More than 30 measurements are taken—quietly, carefully—and translated into a custom paper pattern. From that pattern, a wetsuit is crafted. No two patterns are ever the same. Every 4D Wetsuit carries its own blueprint. Each piece is singular.

And the relationship doesn’t end once the suit is delivered. Like a finely tailored garment, a 4D Wetsuit can be repaired and altered over time, extending its life and preserving its fit. It fits better, lasts longer, and ages with intention—outperforming conventional wetsuits both personally and environmentally. What you invest returns value, session after session.

Taking measurements is simpler than most expect. But precision matters. Accurate numbers allow the suit to be shaped as intended; careless data compromises the result. Take your time. Follow the instructions closely. The quality of the fit begins there.

Because when something is made specifically for you, it deserves the same care in return.

Let's Get Measured

Before taking measurements, please prepare below;

  1. A tape measure and a book (Surfer's Journal is recommended!)
  2. Ask your buddy to help. You can't scale you by yourself.
  3. Wear thin clothes i.e. swimwear. Nothing in your pockets please.
